Stress feelings around a situation certainly is a reliable sign that you are not on the right path. I recall being very stressed around having to decide whether to move to another country to be with someone. I wish I had known that the stress was a huge sign that I was on the wrong track. In time & after making the move, I couldn’t return because that made me feel a failure. My life would have been much better had I not worried about what others would have thought about my return.

Intriguing that there’s been no talk yet, about Patriarchy’s power & responsibility for creating tools to condition generations of us into feeling ”not good enough” & how violence is used to co-erce acceptance of our ”place” in institutions or to demonise race, gender, class, ethnicity. But change is afoot & we all need to think of how we’ve been co-opted into aiding the Patriarchy, intentionally or not.
