The One Thing You Need to Know

Whether you work on a team or your “team” is your family or friends, we all have teams that we are apart of. 

In today’s episode of Liberate Your People Pleaser I’ll share the biggest break through I’ve experienced professionally! 

It was when I realized how emotional intelligence impacted how effective I was as a leader and how effective the team was that I was working with. This was so impactful to me, I teach it now to leaders and teams.

And of course, our families and often groups of friends are also “teams.” How functional and effective they are is all about our emotional intelligence and ability to build trust and create an environment where there can be healthy conflict.
