Is there a dark side to empathy?
I have so many clients who are plagued by being so empathetic, they are overwhelmed by all the feelings they are picking up from others, and they struggle to set boundaries.
I can relate.

The current economic, political & religious status quo bolster & conserve Patriarchy that taught generations of men to devalue & demonise certain people into slavery - their labour is valued, but as cheaply as possible, with no, or as little political power as possible, accruing too. We all know the weapons used - violence- to force obedience. Change is happening but we need de-programming to function as individuals, capable of self-regulation & co-operation, away from hate & division.
